1934-1939 he studied at the Leningrad art teachers College. In 1940 he enrolled in the painting Department of the Leningrad Institute of painting, sculpture and architecture, graduating in 1949 to the Victor Oreshnikov workshop with the qualification of the artist painting. Diploma work — painting “the restoration of the fountain “Samson” in Petrodvorets”[2].
Participant in exhibitions since 1949. Member of the Leningrad Union of artists since 1952. Painted genre paintings, landscapes, still lifes. She married the artist Alexander Sokolov (1918-1973), who worked in the Studio of V. Oreshnikov. In 1973-1990, he worked at the Leningrad Plant pictorial decoration of art. Best known as the author of picturesque still lifes with flowers and fruits.
