Eagles Vasily Efimovich (1929-2003), was born in S. Raygorodka the Luhansk region. In 1952 he graduated from Lugansk state art College. Since 1971 – member of the Union of artists of Ukraine. 1952 – participated in various exhibitions. The author of the sculptural composition “the Firstborn”, of the monument to Vladimir Dahl (in cooperation with I. Ovcharenko), etc.
